/services · 06 areas

Six areas we build ourselves.

No handoffs to outside contractors — that's why the system comes out whole: app, backend and admin panel, built end-to-end and priced for small and mid-sized businesses. Each block below is a separate service, but in a real project they usually go together.

01 · Mobile

Mobile apps for iOS and Android

Swift, Kotlin or Flutter — we pick the stack for the job, not for the hype. We write code that's painless to maintain down the road.

What's inside

What we cover in mobile development

  • — Architecture built to scale (modules, not "one giant controller")
  • — Offline mode and sync
  • — Push notifications and deep links
  • — Payments: Apple Pay, SBP (Russia's instant bank-transfer system), card acquiring
  • — A/B flags and analytics from the very first screen
  • — Publishing to the App Store and Google Play
  • — Telegram bots and mini apps
Who it's for

When to build a mobile app, not a PWA

If the app uses the camera, geolocation, biometrics or push notifications every day — go native. If it's an occasional "open it, close it" kind of thing — you can start with a web version and save the budget.

02 · Backend

Backend and API

NestJS on TypeScript, Go or Python — chosen for the load and the team. We design the architecture for growth from day one: access control, migrations, tests, monitoring. When the product takes off, you won't have to rewrite it from scratch.

Important

We never outsource the backend

Most studios build only the UI and farm the server out. That's the main reason behind "the app is done, but it won't launch."

0handoffs to third parties
03 · Admin

Admin panels and operator consoles

Not a "list of tables," but a tool your team actually uses every day. Roles, filters, exports, action history.

Stack

React + Next.js

  • — Dashboards with live data
  • — Content and user management
  • — Analytics and exportable reports
  • — Audit log (who did what)
Operator console

Real-time for call centers

Driver map, incoming requests, support queue — with sound alerts, color coding and hotkeys for operators.

04 · AI

AI features inside the product

Not AI for the sake of AI, but a specific feature: recognition, generation, recommendations, search. We match the model to the budget — sometimes a CPU classifier is enough.

Examples

What we've already built

  • — CV-based plant disease recognition
  • — Fairy tale and comic generation
  • — Courier routing
  • — Bank transaction categorization
  • — Music generation (Suno-style)
How

Choosing the model

We start with the cheapest model that does the job. If the quality falls short, we move up. That way the client doesn't pay for GPT-4 where a lightweight local model will do.

05 · Design

Product design

One design language across the app, admin panel and website — so the system looks like a system, not three different products. We build a UI kit your team can keep developing.

What we don't do

Illustration and branding from scratch

If you need a full brand identity with a logo — that's not our field, but we'll point you to people who do it well. We do product design within an existing brand.

06 · Support

Growth after launch

Launch is the middle of a project, not the end. 60 days of support are included by default: fixes, monitoring, updates for new iOS/Android versions. After that — on a subscription.

What the subscription includes

Monthly maintenance

  • — 24/7 error and uptime monitoring
  • — Fixes and small features (bank of hours)
  • — Updates for new OS versions
  • — Monthly report: what happened, what improved
  • — Direct Telegram channel with the team
Formats · cost and timeline

Three typical packages.

We give an exact estimate after the first stage (the idea review). These figures are a ballpark, so you know the order of magnitude before we even talk.

Format 01

MVP

One user role, a basic backend, a simple admin panel. Enough to go to market and collect first feedback.

from $15k4–6 weeks · one platform
Format 02

Full product

Two or three user roles, AI features or integrations, a full admin panel with reporting. What you've seen in our cases.

from $30k10–14 weeks · iOS + Android
Format 03

Support

A subscription for maintaining and growing the product after launch. A bank of hours plus monitoring.

from $1,200per month · 20 hours in the bank
Next step

Describe your idea — we'll come back with a review within 24 hours.

What you get: a 2–3 page PDF with a feature list, risks and an estimate. Free.
