Privacy policy.
What we collect through this website, why, who else sees it and how long we keep it — in plain English.
01 · Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Alexander Shevkunov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Russia and trading as EliteDevHub (OGRNIP 311619332600085; 85 Teatralny Avenue, Rostov-on-Don, Russia).
For any question about your data, write to elitedevhub@gmail.com — it goes straight to the founder.
02 · What we collect
- What you send through the request form: your name, a contact (email, Telegram or WhatsApp), the project type, the description of your idea and — if you pick them — a budget range and a timeline.
- What is sent along with the form: the page you sent it from, the tags in the link you came by (UTM parameters, for example from our email), the referring page, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.
- Correspondence: if you email or message us, we keep that conversation.
- Usage analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica record how the site is used — pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, device and browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and where the visit came from. Yandex Metrica's session replay (Webvisor) can record your interactions with a page: mouse movements, scrolling, clicks and text typed into form fields.
- Server logs: the IP address, time, requested address and browser user-agent of each request are written to technical logs.
We don't collect payment card details on this site, sensitive (“special category”) data or precise geolocation.
03 · Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare the free idea review. You asked us to, so this is a step before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and you give your consent in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To prepare a proposal or a contract if we decide to work together (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To understand which pages are useful and where requests come from — analytics and UTM tags. If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics only start after you accept them in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)); for other visitors we rely on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the site secure and working — server logs, on the same legitimate-interest basis (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We don't sell your data, don't use it to target ads and don't make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
04 · Who else processes it
- Selectel (Russia) — hosts the server where the site runs and where requests are stored.
- Telegram — the founder receives each request as a notification in a private Telegram chat. The notification passes through our own relay server hosted by Hetzner (Germany).
- Google — Gmail (we reply from elitedevhub@gmail.com), Google Analytics 4, and Google Fonts: the site's fonts load from Google's servers, which see your IP address.
- Yandex — Yandex Metrica analytics, including session replay.
- OpenRouter (USA) and the AI model it routes to — only when we use AI to help draft a reply to your request. In that case the text of your request is sent to the model for that single purpose.
Nobody else. We don't rent your data out or pass it to partners.
05 · International transfers
Our server is in Russia, and some of the services listed above are in the USA. Russia has no EU adequacy decision; transfers to US providers rely on those providers' own safeguards. If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, your request is transferred to Russia because you asked us to respond to it (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)).
If that's a concern, tell us before sharing project details — we can keep the first conversation general.
06 · How long we keep it
- Requests and correspondence: up to 12 months after our last contact. If we sign a contract, for the term of the contract and then for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Backups of stored requests: 14 days, overwritten on a rolling basis.
- Server logs: kept briefly and overwritten automatically.
- Analytics: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will — see section 08.
07 · Cookies
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the English version of the site asks for your consent before setting any analytics cookies. To decide whether to show that request, our server checks which country your IP address is registered to, using public internet-registry data; the result isn't stored. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
- edh_lang (ours) — remembers whether you chose the Russian or the English version of the site. Kept for 1 year.
- edh_consent (ours) — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies. Kept for 6 months.
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) — tell visits apart. Up to 2 years.
- _ym_*, for example _ym_uid and _ym_d (Yandex Metrica) — tell visits apart and make session replay work. Up to 1 year.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them, it just won't remember your choices. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
08 · Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict how we use it, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest;
- send it to you or to another company in a machine-readable format.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect what we did before. Write to elitedevhub@gmail.com — we reply within 7 working days and in any case within one month.
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
09 · Security
The site works over HTTPS. Requests are stored on a server with restricted access, the admin panel is password-protected, and only the founder has access to requests. No system is perfectly secure, so we deliberately collect as little as we need.
10 · Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11 · Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page along with its version and date. For users in Russia, a Russian-language policy is also available.
