We're a studio that builds whole systems.

Not pixels, not billable hours — complete, working products. The app, the backend and the admin panel under one contract, one team, and one person who keeps the whole picture in mind.

30+ projects in production taking on new projects
What we noticed

Why we started in the first place

In 2019 we were building the mobile side of other people's projects, and we kept hitting the same wall: design from one agency, the backend from a freelancer, and the admin panel “to be finished later.” The system never came together, and the client ended up paying the same amount all over again just to “glue” the pieces together.

So we made a rule: either we take on the whole project, or we don't take it at all. We've worked that way on 30+ projects since — and have never once regretted that decision.

Principle

One product partner
for your project

A specific person who runs your project from the first email to launch. Not a “manager” who just passes tasks along — the person who makes the decisions and is accountable for the result.

The “one person who runs your project” — that's me. I break down the task myself at our first meeting, stay accountable for it all the way to launch, and remain available afterward.

Since 2019, my team and I have built 30+ products as one system — app, backend and admin panel under a single contract. My rule is simple: if I take on a project, I get it into the app store, not to “almost done.”

What we believe

Five principles that shape how we work.

01

Launch is the midpoint of a project

After launch come real users, real load and real bugs. That's why 60 days of support are included by default, not added as a separate line item.

02

We commit to features, not hours

The contract lists what the app will do. “40 hours of development” isn't a result — it's a process. You pay for the result.

03

The backend stays with us

We never hand the server side off to subcontractors. It's the only way to guarantee that the app and the server actually “understand” each other.

04

Code and access stay with the client

From day one. The repository lives on your GitHub, domains are registered in your name, servers run on your accounts. If we ever part ways, you keep a working system — not a “black box” that only we know how to decode.

05

Sometimes we say “no”

If a project isn't right for us — because of the technology, the budget, or simply for ethical reasons — we'll tell you right away, at the very first stage. Better to lose a lead than to pull everyone into a project that won't work out.

Who we're a fit for

Who our clients are.

It's not about the industry — our portfolio includes everything from a taxi fleet to an AI music generator. It's about how you approach the project.

A good fit

When you need a product that's a full system

Several user roles, a backend with its own business logic, an admin panel to run it all. Not a “landing page with a form.”

A good fit

When getting to launch is what matters

Not “testing a concept,” but actually shipping to the app stores and starting to build a user base. That's a different level of readiness.

Not how we work

“Just give me a developer for 20 hours”

Staff augmentation and hourly billing aren't what we do. We work on projects with a fixed outcome — so we'll point you to colleagues who offer staff augmentation.

Next step

Tell us about your project — we'll see if we're a fit.

The first stage is free. If we realize the project isn't right for us, we'll tell you honestly and point you to colleagues who are a better fit.
